"My deepest condolences to you in this awful heartbreaking time. Jeffery was such a sweetheart who made an impact on everyone he ever crossed paths with. He was a pure soul who was always trying to make everyone around him smile. His smiles and bubbly personality will dearly missed by so many. As for little Titus, all of Jeffery’s friends and family will watch over him and always tell him the fun memories they shared with his daddy. Rest easy bud. It was an honor to know you❤️"
