Thomas V. Dillenbeck

May 17, 1932 - October 28, 2018

Thomas V. Dillenbeck, 86, of Cadillac passed away October 28, 2018. He was born May 17, 1932 in Lawrence, MI to the late Chester Garfield, Sr. and Mary (Hough) Dillenbeck.

He is survived by his two daughters, Sharon (Roger) McCoy and Kileen (Gary) Cassiday, four grandchildren, and a great granddaughter.

Preceded in death by his wife, Darlene, he is also survived by her children, Chris, Vicki, and John, and granddaughter Tiffany Pattee, who he raised as a daughter, and her children Dekota and Trinity.

Tom is a veteran of the Korean War, where he earned several medals, including the Korean Service Medal with one Bronze Service Star, the United Nations Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. After the war he worked as a Machinist for Durametallic in Kalamazoo, and later in life owned and operated a restaurant (The Coffee Spot) in Tustin. Tom will be fondly remembered by family and friends for his sweet spirit.
