Bonnie Mae (Davenport) Kolarevic

October 07, 1937 - December 30, 2018

Bonnie Mae (Davenport) Kolarevic, (“Mrs. K”) 81, of Cadillac, Michigan died peacefully on December 30, 2018 surrounded by her family.

Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, kindergarten teacher and friend to many. She was an avid gardener and loved spending time with her grandchildren, watching them grow and excel at what they loved to do.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Steve Kolarevic, her parents John and Florence Davenport, her sister Sally Hull and brother in law Duane Hull.

Bonnie is survived by her son John Kolarevic, wife Debbie and two sons Christopher and Ethan, and her son Mike Kolarevic, wife Betsy and two children Elena and Kobe. She is also survived by her niece Cheryl Green and great nephew Dominick Johnson who hold a special place in her heart.

Bonnie’s strength, honesty and wit are giftsthat many people loved most about her. She valued the art of “visiting” and let everyone in her life know how much she cared about them.

Heaven has gained another gem and Bonnie will be greatly missed here on Earth.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4th 2019 at Peterson Funeral & Cremation Services in Cadillac, MI from 4 to 7 pm. The funeral service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, January 5th 2019 at Peterson Funeral & Cremation Services Home in Cadillac, MI with Fr. Peter Clapp officiating. Bonnie’s final resting place will be Lake City Cemetery.
