"Frieda was a special lady to our family. Frieda and Jim came over every summer with Jo and Mike Stojic to our cottage to enjoy a fun day of food and jokes. We always enjoyed her company and conversation immensely. My house is blessed with her artful craft of Christmas stockings and crocheted runners. Every year we place her crocheted ornaments on our tree that are admired by all and always remind me of such a talented lady Frieda was. My grand daughter is now wearing a furry mouse costume I asked her to sew for my daughter about 32 years ago. She will live in our hearts for a long time."

"We are so sorry for your loss. We spent much time with Frieda over the years. She was a loving godmother to Sarah, the sister Mickey never had, and she and Josephine Stojic were the best of friends. Frieda was always warm and kind. She also had a quick wit and we shared many laughs and times around the kitchen table. It was so fun to see her talent with sewing and creating her beautiful Christmas stockings that we have enjoyed for decades. Frieda will be dearly missed by us all. "

"My thoughts and prayers are with the family, as I am sorry for our loss. My favorite memories growing up involved Christmas decorations and lights. I will never forget the BEAUTIFUL stockings we would hang on the fireplace every year, that she had made for my family! If I could tell her one last thing, it would be to thank her for those wonderful memories she helped provide! You will be very missed! "
