Marshall H. "Gub" Wiley

September 10, 1953 - September 12, 2020



Marshall H.”Gub” Wiley of Cadillac passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Samaritas Senior Living in Cadillac. He was 67. Marshall was born on September 10, 1953 in Flint, Michigan to Marshall L. & Emma N. (Brown) Wiley and they preceded him in death.

Marshall attended schools downstate and later went to trade school in Marquette, Michigan where he received his auto mechanic certificate. For a brief time he served in the United States Air Force. Marshall enjoyed playing his guitar, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his daughter, Shannon Wiley-Beckner of Mancelona; 3 grandchildren; a brother, David Wiley of Byron, MI; a sister, Betty (Reggie) Barker of Mountain City, Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Sheiron.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements were made by Peterson Funeral & Cremation Services in Cadillac.
