Aileen L. Tuttle of Cadillac died Monday morning, March 28, 2011 at her home. She was 78. She was born on March 2, 1933 in Grand Rapids to Russell C. & Leona M. (Nelson) Butler and they preceded her in death. Aileen had been employed at Scotty\'s Restaurant for 35 years, Mitchell Bentley for several years and had also been a school bus driver for Pine River Schools. She enjoyed sewing, working on the farm many years ago and playing cards with the girls in the community room at Harborview Apartments. Survivors include her son, Allan (Rebecca) VanDyke of Manton; 10 grandchildren, 10 great- grandchildren; 2 sisters; Chris Francisco of Cadillac and Nancy (Bruce) Van Doren of Owosso and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Tuttle on July 6, 2000, a son, Richard Turnblom; 2 daughters: Mary Turnblom and Susan M. Kline and a grandson, Jeremy VanDyke. Memorial services will be held Monday, April 4, 2011 at 11:30 AM at the Manton United Methodist Church, 106 N. Michigan Ave. in Manton. Her final resting place will be at the Burdell Township Cemetery, Osceola County, MI. All are welcome to attend the service and a luncheon will follow at the church.
