Alice M. Hill Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Alice M. Hill of Cadillac passed away, February 28, 2012 at her home in Cadillac. She was 77. She was born in Cadillac on June 23, 1934 to Oren and Beryl (Fitzgerald) Tompkins. Mrs. Hill enjoyed shopping, crocheting, knitting and other crafts. She also enjoyed going to garage sales and the casino. Survivors include her children: Rick (Deb) Hill of Leroy, Vera (Mike) Lumbert, Eva (Ellis) Hilts both of Cadillac, Clyde (De) Hill of Gladstone, Missouri; Eight grandchildren; Ten great-grandchildren; her siblings: Bob (Tootie) Tompkins of Cadillac, Tommy Tompkins of Texas, Billy Clyde Tompkins, Jim (Rose) Tompkins, Peggy (Barry) Kirvan, Jack (Mar) Tompkins all of Cadillac; a sister in law, Doris Tompkins and her dog, Foxy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Hill; her siblings: Don, Betty and Jettrue. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac with Pastor David Siddall officiating. Friends may meet the family Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Old Jennings Cemetery in Lake Township. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hope Lodge or the Family.
