Beverely Jane Goslyn Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Beverely Jane Goslyn of Cadillac passed away Mon day morning, August 4, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was 78. She was born on May 23, 1936 in Marine city, Michigan to Irving J. & Bertha E. (Schutt) DeLorg and they preceded her in death. She married Charles F. Goslyn, Sr. on July 3, 1953 in New Baltimore, Michigan and he preceded her in death on January 10, 1998. Beverly moved to the Cadillac area in 1969 from California had been employed at several factories during her working life and had also volunteered for the Family Independence Agency for many years. Survivors include her seven children: Barbara Jean Kamae of Cadillac, Sharon Lee Williams of Marion, Donna Marie Hughes of Lawton, OK, Charles F. Goslyn, Jr. of Cadillac, Vincent E. Goslyn, Sr., Steven R. Goslyn both of Lawton, OK and Kenneth P. Goslyn of Cadillac; 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; a brother, Irving J. DeLorg of Gratoit, Michigan and a sister, Gloria J. Goodwin of Alpena, Michigan; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother and a step-daughter; 2 grandchildren: Vincent E. Goslyn, Jr. and Bobby Gene Hughes and a great grandchild, Jacob Tyler Young-Williams. In accordance with Beverly's wishes burial will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
