Charles G. Bell of Cadillac passed away August 21, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac. He was 70. He was born October 2, 1941 in Hazel Park, Michigan to George Lester and Ruth Hilda (Wigdren) Bell and they preceded him in death. Mr. Bell had lived in Cadillac for the past 17 years and was employed at NOC for ten years until retiring in 2006. He had worked downstate at Lion Tool in Hazel Park. He had also served on the Police Reserves in Madison Heights. He enjoyed being a backyard mechanic and loved to hunt, fish and camp and spend time with his grandchildren and family. On May 19, 1962 he married the former Virginia Edna Pellow and she survives him along with their daughters: Jenny (Jacob) Fick of Frankfort, Kentucky, Robin (Gary) Fuerneisen, Ruth (Burton) Dery all of Tustin, Donna Bell, Carla (Paul) Zukowski all of Cadillac; five grandchildren: Kelli (Aaron) Justin, Kyle, Ryan and Ben; great grandchild, Chiara; a brother, Thomas (Pat) Bell of Bronson, Missouri; a sister, Doris (Bob) Baker of Mount Clemens, Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
