Dennis Carl Wright

Dennis Carl Wright of Cadillac passed away Friday, July 5, 2013 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. He was 42. He was born on October 27, 1970 in Cadillac to Darold L. & Marilyn K. (Whitney) Wright. Dennis had lived all of his life in Cadillac and attended Cadillac High Schools. He was employed at AAR Mobility for 20 years and had been the Union Steward there and also served on the safety committee. Dennis was a former member of the Moose Lodge of Cadillac. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, wheeling and dealing on vehicles. His favorite TV show was COPS and he was a Red Wing Fan and will be remembered as an outgoing person that was full of fun. On May 15, 1993 in Cadillac he married the former Brenda Marie Hamilton and she survives him along with their children: Brandon and Denisha Wright both of Cadillac; a granddaughter, his father, Darold Wright; a sister, Julie (Frank) Consolino of South Haven; 2 sisters-in-law: Vickie (Morris) Domke of Onaway and April (Duane) Hamilton of Cadillac; 2 brothers-in-law: Kevin (Amanda) Hamilton and Kelly (Amanda) Hamilton all of Cadillac; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn in 2003 and a brother, Darold Wright, Jr. in 2011. Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Oneness Apostolic Church of Cadillac (1420 W. 13th Street) with Pastor Andrew Kauffman officiating.
