Eric H. Jennings Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Eric H. Jennings of Tustin passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac. He was 59. Mr. Jennings was born in Owosso, Michigan October 16, 1952 to Herbert Frank and Jean Elizabeth (Stenman) Jennings. He graduated from Pine River High School in 1971. Eric served for 4 years in the United States Navy. He had been employed at Avon Automotive in Cadillac for over 30 years. He enjoyed amateur photography, maintaining his outdoor equipment and World War II history. He was a hard worker and loving family man, who enjoyed family get-togethers. He is survived by his children: Joe (Camille) Jennings, Lisa Jennings, Christopher Jennings, Caleb Jennings, all of Manton, James Jennings of Cadillac, Jessica (Raymond) Campbell and Brian Jennings all of Grand Rapids; nine grandchildren; siblings: Herb (Deb) Jennings of Cadillac, Renee (Jan) Norman of Tustin, Pat Averill, Adele Jennings, both of Traverse City and Signe (Mark) Tanner of Jenison, Michigan; many nieces and nephews and friend Bobbie Jennings. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two nieces. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac with Pastor Michael Holman officiating. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Leroy.
