Jack Christopher Foucart

Jack Christopher Foucart of Cadillac died Sunday afternoon, October 2, 2011 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. He was 21. Jack was born in Grand Rapids on December 19, 1989 to Wayne & Brenda (Hart) Foucart. Jack graduated from Cadillac High School in 2009. He had been volunteering at Boot Prints in the Sand, CWTA, and the National Ski Patrol at Caberfae where he was an honorary Patrol Member. Jack\'s biggest accomplishment was Full Potential Adventures and was a founding member, volunteer and was instrumental in helping get kids with disabilities to downhill ski. Jack enjoyed fishing, and sailing on his 25\' Hunter sailboat and had placed in several races and was an avid bow hunter and got his first deer in 2009. Survivors include his parents, Wayne & Brenda Foucart of Cadillac; his sister, Jessica Foucart of Traverse City; Grandmother, Sharon Foucart of Gaylord; Grandfather, Jim Hart of Lewiston; several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Jack was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Thomas Foucart and Grandmother, Joyce Hart. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Cadillac with Pastors David Johnson and Ryan Beilfuss officiating. Burial will be at Selma Township Cemetery in Wexford County. Friends may meet the family from 5-7 PM Wednesday at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac.
