Jeremiah Joseph Keller

March 25, 1992 - December 9, 2013

Jeremiah Joseph Keller of Cadillac passed away Monday morning, December 9, 2013 in Adair County, Iowa. He was 21. Jeremiah was born March 25, 1992 in Traverse City, Michigan to David Edwin and Mindy Sue (Long) Keller. Jeremiah attended Cadillac High School and was a member of the class of 2010. He was currently working in Nebraska and West Virginia installing community water wells. Jeremiah had previously worked in construction and enjoyed running the heavy equipment. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Cadillac. He was a strong Christian; even in times of trial God was always his Beacon of Hope. Jeremiah loved hunting, fishing, camping and spending time outdoors with his family. He loved his friends and family and was always loyal and there to lend a hand. He is survived by his parents, Dave Keller of Columbus Ohio and Mindy Long of Cadillac; brothers, Elijah Keller (Megan Schwandt) of Cadillac and Isaiah Keller of Columbus Ohio; grandparents: Edwin Keller, Raymond Long and Carol (Dan) Foster all of Cadillac ; many Uncles, Aunts and cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Paula S. Keller in 1980 and Juella Keller in 2008 and an uncle, Buddy Long in 2003. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Cadillac with Reverend Scott Torkko officiating. Friends may meet the family Sunday from 4-7 p.m. at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac. Burial will take place at Maple Hill Cemetery in Cadillac. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
