Karen Elizabeth Limberger Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

In loving memory of Karen Elizabeth Limberger; Karen was called home Monday morning, December 9, 2013, to be with her Lord and Savior. She was 68. She was born December 11, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents: Jonathon "JackÃ¢â‚¬Â Frank and Bethany Jane (Kremhelmer) Bassett. Karen married Timothy R. Limberger on March 21, 1990 at the Revival Center in Cadillac. She loved watching her children and grandchildren grow, she enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting, catering and cooking. She had attended Foursquare Lighthouse Church in Boon and enjoyed Bible studies. She also bred and raised miniature schnauzers and pug dogs. Karen is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Tim of Jennings; her four children: Thomas Kendall of Cadillac, Shawna Williams of Manton, Angela Mizga of Traverse City and Nicole (Richard) McDermott of Lake City; 15 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a sister, Kathryn (Gail) Webb of Charlotte, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethany and Jonathon "JackÃ¢â‚¬Â Basset and her daughter, Heather Elizabeth in 1976. Karen touched the lives of many and was loved by all who knew her. The Lord has seen her pain and suffering and decided that it was time to add another Angel to his Kingdom. You will be greatly missed and remember it's not good-bye, it's see ya later. We love you first, last, always and forever and all the way to Jesus and back. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and the family will be celebrating her life from 12 Noon until 5:00 PM Friday, December 13, 2013 at the Jennings Community Church (696 LaChance Rd., Lake City, Michigan 49651).
