Mable F. Warner

Mable F. Warner of Cadillac formerly of Onekama passed away peacefully Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Green Acres Assisted Living in Cadillac. She was 96. She was born January 24, 1918 in Sears, Michigan to Herman and Violet (Seelye) Brooker. She married James F. "Buzz†Rosser on May 4, 1940 in Sears and he preceded her in death on August 20, 1955. She married Alton Warner on February 15, 1957 and he preceded her in death on December 21, 2006. Mable is survived by her children: Kathy Anderson of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Barbara (Terry) Hysell of Thompsonville, Michigan, Carol Kamyszek of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Dale (Mary) Rosser of Cadillac, Cindy (Phil) Kadzban of Onekama and Patty (Lowell) Braun of Lake Havasu, Airzona; 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husbands she was preceded in death by her son-in-laws Leo Kamyszek and Andy Anderson. She will be remembered for her stoicism and grace, love of music, the scents of all things homemade wafting through her kitchen and her legacy of faith, strength and independence. The family wishes to extend its deepest gratitude to the direct caregivers of Hospice of Michigan and Green Acres for the compassionate, tender care they provided to Mable. Memorial services will be held in the summer of 2014 in Onekama, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or to the First Congregational Church of Onekama.
