Richard Nicholas Todd Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Richard Nicholas Todd of Cadillac passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac. He was 75. He was born March 31, 1938 in Cadillac to James and Ruth (Butler) Todd and they preceded him in death. He married the former Loretta May Alworden and she preceded him in death on September 21, 2010. Mr. Todd worked at AAR Mobility in Cadillac for 45 years. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, going to the casino and fishing. He also enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He is survived by his daughters, Ellen (Dave) Innis and Linda (Al) Coats all of Cadillac; grandchildren: Jonathan (Stephanie) Innis, Samantha Coats, Zachary Innis, and Todd Coats; great-granddaughters, McKenzie and Emma Innis; siblings, Evelyn VanNorick, James (Lucielle) Todd and Kenneth Todd. A memorial gathering to honor the memory of Richard will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 7, 2013 at the Haring Township Fire Hall. His final resting place will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Cadillac. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Duane, Monica and Trevor Alwordan and the Haring Township Fire Department. Arrangements were made by the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac.
