Robert "Bob" McIntyre

Robert "Bob†McIntyre, 63, of Luxemburg passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. He was born on July 7, 1950 in Cadillac, to Evart and Luella (Haysmer) McIntyre. Bob enjoyed singing karaoke, and was a drummer in the band that opened for Hermans Hermits. He also enjoyed golf, family baseball games, and working at Burdick's Bar. Bob was employed at Emerson Motor Company in Surgeon Bay for 25 years until the plant closed. After receiving a degree in management from NWTC, Bob was employed at Wisconsin Converting. On June 29, 1985, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Luxemburg, he married the former Janet Ullmann and she survives him along with, twin son and daughter Robert and Lisa; his parents, Evart and Luella McIntyre of Michigan and two brothers Steve and Ed, of Michigan. He is further survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Rodney (Mary) Ullmann, Lou Ann (Terry) Rowan, Sherry (Russ) Veeser, Clyde (Jeri) Ullmann, Roy (Missy) Ullmann, Lorie (Jerome) Treml, and Lee Ullmann; god-children Zach and Hayley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son Jamie; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law LeeRoy and Mary Ullmann. Visitation was held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Luxemburg, on Thursday June 12, 2014 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. A memorial service followed at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Carl Brewer officiating.
