Sandra Ann Moore Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sandra Ann Moore of Cadillac died Thursday, May 30, 2013 at her home. She was 63. She was born on April 4, 1950 in Cadillac to Ervin George and Margaret Ethel (Miller) Weatherwax. She graduated from Cadillac High School and received two Associate's Degrees from Baker College, one in 2002 in Applied Science graduating Magna Kum Laude and the second in 2011, an Associate\'s Degree in Business, also with honors. She was employed at Cadillac Area Public Schools for 25 years, retiring in 1999. She loved the outdoors, gardening, flowers, camping, walking and most of all, her grandkids. The family would like to thank Mercy Hospital and the Dialysis Center. She is survived by her children; Jon (Kelly) Moore and Lisa (Russell) Fox all of Cadillac and Larry (Carol) Moore of Tennessee, special friend, Mark Gibbons of Cadillac, ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brothers, Ron (Genie) Weatherwax of Wisconsin and Gerald Weatherwax of Vernon, MI and a sister, Bonnie Sisson of Cadillac. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Angela Marie Moore and a brother Don Weatherwax . Memorial services will take place Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Northern Light Church of Cadillac with Rev. John Mellish officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time at the Church. Her final resting place will be Maple Hill Cemetery in Cadillac Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
