It was not as big as I expected for spending over $120 on flowers once I saw it in person. I had to laugh cause from a distance I thought my flowers were the larger ones next to my small ones! I thought to myself I could buy a vase from goodwill and flowers from Publix next time and spend a lot less to hand deliver.

I found out just a few hours prior to the funeral service that it was happening and wanted to send flowers across the country. I contacted the Sympathy store at 9 am from NYC and by 1 pm a beautiful bouquet was delivered to the funeral home in Florida in plenty of time for the service. Excellent and thorough service and follow through.

I was very disappointed with the arrangement. The glads were not bloomed it looked like the roses had stalks coming out of them. I may not have been so disappointed if it was for someones birthday but for a funeral I would have rather had flowers that were blooming.
